New York
Being in New York Recently I though I would Share a few tips and some great places to eat while you are there. There is so much to do here so you may not get to it all in one visit.
Best way to get from JFK to Manhattan
Use the Air Train from JFK this connects with the Long island railroad (LIRR) at Jamaica station, straight to Penn Station right in the heart of Manhattan. About 35min Total. Air Train is $5, pay at Jamaica station, Long island Railroad depends on times approx. $7.You can buy a combined Air train and LIRR ticket once you arrive at Jamaica station.
See here https://youtu.be/ZFdvy5eYISg
Once in Manhattan
If you are the for more than 4 Days Buy an Unlimited ride Metro card $30USD as each trip is $2.75 so if you are exploring the city the 7 day Card is much better Value.
If you have time Visit a Gospel Church (amazing), See a Show on Broadway, you can get Half Price tickets at the Time Square Ticket office.
Figuring out Uptown and Downtown,
Uptown Manhattan refers to the area above 59th Street,Upper Manhattan refers to the area above 96th Street,Downtown Manhattan refers to the area below 14th Street,Lower Manhattan refers to the area below Chambers Street,Midtown Manhattan refers to the area between 34th Street and 59th Street.(see Easy)

Clare Valley
Clare Valley wine region
Something a bit different from the Street Photography. We spent a few nights in the Clare Valley sampling the food and wine of the region. The Highlight was lunch at Skillogalee a boutique family-owned and operated winery it was wonderful. We sat under the Olive tree outside and had a wonderful afternoon.
The Clare Valley wine region is one of Australia’s oldest wine regions, best known for Riesling wines. It lies in the Mid North of South Australia, approximately 120 km north of Adelaide
Other Winery’s Visited

Fuji film X100s

Bringing a dull photograph back to life,
you love the shot you believe you have good composition but the day is a little dull.
This is where post processing comes in, don’t be afraid to crop your image for a better composition.
Using exposure and adding temperature to the image can bring a dull photograph back to life.

Renmark
A few more Photographs around the Town of Renmark South Australia.
From Wikipedia
Renmark is a town in South Australia‘s rural Riverland area, and is located 254 km northeast of Adelaide, on the banks of the River Murray. The Sturt Highway between Adelaide and Sydney runs through the town; Renmark is the last major town encountered in South Australia when driving this route. It is 31 m above sea level. It is the oldest European settlement on the River Murray.[citation needed] At the 2011 census, Renmark had a population of 7,491.[1]

Murray River
Days Off so we headed off to Renmark a town along the Murray River and a chance to relax and take some Photographs.
From Wikipedia
The Murray River (River Murray in South Australia) is Australia’s longest river. At 2,375 kilometres (1,476 mi) in length,[1] the Murray rises in the Australian Alps, draining the western side of Australia’s highest mountains and, for most of its length, meanders across Australia’s inland plains, forming the border between the states ofNew South Wales and Victoria as it flows to the northwest, before turning south for its final 500 kilometres (310 mi) or so into South Australia, reaching the ocean at Lake Alexandrina.
Being one of the major river systems in one of the driest continents of Earth, the Murray has significant cultural relevance to Indigenous Australians. According to the peoples of Lake Alexandrina, the Murray was created by the tracks of the Great Ancestor,Ngurunderi, as he pursued Pondi, the Murray Cod. The chase originated in the interior of New South Wales. Ngurunderi pursued the fish (who, like many totem animals in Aboriginal myths, is often portrayed as a man) on rafts (or lala) made from red gums and continually launched spears at his target. But Pondi was a wily prey and carved a weaving path, carving out the river’s various tributaries. Ngurundi was forced to beach his rafts, and often create new ones as he changed from reach to reach of the river.
