cage d’escalier

Stairs3

Bridge the gap

One step at a time

Rise

Uninterrupted

Take Flight

Don’t look down

Don’t look back

Once at the top

Turn and survey

Your kingdom awaits

( Old Henley wooden stairs slowly disappearing and being replaced with steel, these old ones certainly have character )

(English translation of cage d’escalier (Stairs)

      Thank you
The old wooden stairs won’t be around much longer so its nice to be able to remember them before they disappear for good
